Unpasteurised Guernsey milk camembert made by the makers of Little Ryding in North Wootton, Somerset. It is a typical mould ripened cheese with a white pate but a really creamy texture as a result of using a Channel Island milk. Very similar to a triple cream cheese. Cow's Milk, Vegetarian, Organic
